Jewelry made for your teeth. Our jewelers shape each piece on an impression of your mouth, so it slides on and off and is shaped to your own teeth. They're removable decoration, not replacement teeth or dental treatment.

For example, a six-tooth connecting bridge bar for the bottom teeth with a back bar costs $150 in silver or $420 in 10K gold. The price depends on the metal, karat, how many teeth and the stones, and every product page shows it before you choose options. The only add-on a custom order needs is the $30 mold kit, or $0 if you send your own usable molds. (Prices as of October 2026.)

Solid .925 sterling silver; 10k, 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white or rose; and NPG (a non-precious alloy with 18k gold plating) on the styles that offer it. Each product page lists the metals and finishes made for that design. Solid gold and silver are solid all the way through; white gold carries a rhodium finish, and plated and NPG pieces are plated over a base metal, which the page says.

Yes, every custom piece starts with an impression of your teeth, and most customers take it at home with our $30 kit: two sets of putty, trays, instructions and a prepaid return label. Already have usable impressions? Choose “I'll send my own molds” at $0 and we email you a free prepaid label. The kit fee is non-refundable once it ships, unless we cancel, can't make your piece or don't ship by your latest estimated ship date.

Yes. Mix the putty, press the tray over your teeth to the gum line, hold still about six minutes, then mail it back with the prepaid label. The kit includes a second set so you have another try, and our team checks every impression before production; if we need a new one, we'll tell you. Yes. Missing teeth are routine work for our jewelers: we add a cosmetic filler where the tooth is missing so your set looks complete, for $25 per missing tooth. We confirm the count after we review your molds and before production starts, and you can say no at that point. A filler is decoration only: it doesn't replace a tooth, restore chewing or protect your gums. Ask your dentist before you wear grillz over a gap.

Often yes, and the first step is to ask your dentist and tell us before you order. Once we see your impression, our jewelers can say which designs work with it and whether any options or fees differ. Grillz are jewelry, not dental treatment, and your dentist’s call on your teeth comes first.

No. CGG grillz are removable jewelry made from an impression of your teeth; they slide on and off, and nothing is bonded or drilled. Permanent gold teeth are dental work done by a dentist. If you want the permanent look without the procedure, a custom-fit set is the usual choice.

Fit is the whole point of a custom piece, and we stand behind it. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and the first adjustment is free; if that doesn't fix it, we adjust again or remake the piece at no charge under our Limited Warranty. Single, double and triple caps get one free refit. Send the piece and any new molds back within 14 days of asking so the free adjustment applies. Adjustments outside the warranty (after that window, or because your teeth changed) are $70 in the US for standard work (bigger jobs are quoted first), including return shipping and a new kit when needed; outside the US, add $39.99 shipping, plus $30 for a kit. Solid styles are estimated to ship 3-5 weeks after we receive your usable molds; iced styles and complex designs (opal, enamel or 3D work) 4-6 weeks. Custom pendants and made-to-order jewelry are estimated to ship 4-6 weeks after you approve your design (or after you order, for pieces with no design step). Shipping time is extra, and layaway orders also need to meet their payment steps. These are estimates, not guarantees. Yes. Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Klarna and Cash App Afterpay can split your order at checkout, and we start your order as soon as your usable molds arrive, so you can be paying while we make your grillz. Eligible options and terms show before you confirm, and each provider's disclosures are on the financing page. Prefer no credit check? Yes, and the earlier you ask, the more comes back. Before your mold kit ships, we refund everything you paid. After it ships and before we receive your molds, everything minus the $30 kit fee if you chose our kit. After we receive your molds and before production starts, we deduct a 20% cancellation fee on your grillz and kit (not shipping or sales tax). More than 60 days after you ordered, you get store credit instead of a refund, unless we don't ship by your latest estimated ship date or we make a mistake. Once production starts the order is final, unless we don't ship by your latest estimated ship date; our Limited Warranty still covers fit and workmanship. Layaway orders follow the layaway policy. Yes. Custom-fit grillz ship to US APOs/FPOs and 16 countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany and Japan; rates show at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. The full list is in the shipping policy.

Yes. Solid-gold styles are 10k, 14k or 18k gold all the way through, and silver styles are solid .925 sterling. White gold carries a rhodium finish, some two-tone and silver designs are gold-plated on the surface, and NPG styles are a non-precious alloy with 18k gold plating; each product page says which. Our earlier premade sets are plated and say so.

Solid gold holds its color well; lower karats can dull a little over time and polish back with a soft cloth. Sterling silver can darken over time and cleans up the same way. Plating (on white gold, two-tone and plated designs) wears with use and doesn't last forever. Rose gold in 10k reads more copper than in 14k or 18k.

Brush them gently with a soft toothbrush and a little mild soap, rinse well so no soap is left, and dry them with a soft cloth. Store them in a clean, dry case. Skip boiling water and high heat, and keep ultrasonic and steam cleaners away from plated pieces and anything with stones, opal, enamel or paint. Brush and floss your teeth before you put them back in.

Take them out to eat, to drink anything other than water, to smoke, to sleep and to play sports. Food and bacteria can get trapped under grillz, so wear them for short periods and clean them every day. That is how you keep the finish and the fit.

Solid gold and sterling silver pieces last for years with care, because the metal is solid. Plating on white gold, two-tone and plated designs wears with time and can be re-plated. Stones are covered for 14 days after delivery (opals longer), and there is no time limit on a metal or karat concern under our Limited Warranty.
