Customers who wish to use the layaway payment option must make an initial deposit of at least 10% of the total order amount at the time of purchase. Qualifying orders must be over $200. Customers can choose to pay off the remaining balance in installments over a period of up to 365days from the date of purchase. The payment schedule will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.
We will begin the production process on the order once 75% of the balance has been received. The estimated delivery date will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the final payment. Changes to the order may be made before production has started. However, once production has started, no changes can be made to the order.
If customers decide to cancel their purchase, they will receive a credit for a future transaction instead of a refund. Payments made towards a custom item are non-refundable. Layaway guarantees the prices of the item.
If a customer cannot complete their layaway plan and production hasn't started yet, we will issue store credit equal to the amount already paid, which can be used for future transactions. The customer forfeits any discounts or promotions locked in during the original layaway agreement.
If a customer cannot complete their layaway plan but we have already started production, the customer can agree to pay the remaining balance based on the current retail price, excluding previous discounts or promotions, or they can forfeit the order entirely with no refunds or store credits issued due to incurred production costs.
Due to the customized nature of the product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom grillz or customer jewelry orders. However, we will work with the customer to address any issues or concerns they may have with the product.
