One cap is decked out with an opal inlay, surrounded by icy VVS Moissanite stones that shine bright, while the other cap keeps it clean and solid. You can rock this on either the top or bottom teeth, left or right side—your call. Plus, we’ve got a crazy selection of opal colors, so you can make it as unique as your style. Available in yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold, this piece is all about turning heads and making your smile unforgettable.
The shape of your teeth plays a huge part in how a single or double cap can fit. Our grillz are compression fit, meaning there's slight pressure on the grillz to keep them in place on your teeth. If your teeth are more straight than rounded, it may be harder for the grillz caps to stay in place. We will make the grillz to the exact shape of your teeth based on your molds, but we cannot guarantee that they will always fit securely. In cases where the fitting is a little loose, we'd recommend using denture adhesive like Poligrip to keep the grillz in place.
Each Order Includes
Each set comes with a free mold kit so you can take your mold impressions for that truly comfortable, perfect fit. Once you're done with your impressions, ship them back to us. We'll use your molds to craft the iced out bottom grillz to perfectly fit your teeth.

How to Choose Which Karat
Need help deciding which karat to order? Here are a few helpful facts on gold:
- 10k gold has 41.6% gold and is the least expensive gold option. It has less luster but it is the most durable and strongest against bending and scratching.
- 14k gold has 58.3% gold. It has medium hardness and durability, and a bright luster. 14k gold has the best balance of color, durability, and cost.
- 18k gold has 75% gold and is the most expensive option that we offer. It has a very bright luster, offering a deeper, richer yellow color. Due to its higher gold content, it is the most tarnish-resistant, but it's also softer and more prone to bending.
