- All of our orders are shipped via USPS every business day at 2pm PST with free USPS tracking. Orders placed on that business day before 2pm PST will ship out that same day!
- Orders will be shipped out the next business day if the order was placed on the weekend or any holidays. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
- Orders with the wrong shipping addresses that are returned back to us can be reshipped to a corrected address at the buyer's expense.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is undeliverable as addressed, a refund will only be issued after the package arrives back to us.
- Once the package arrives back to us, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
- For international buyers, if the package is returned for non-payment of customs/import fees, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
- Packages returned back to us 60 days after the purchase date may not be eligible for full refund.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept pre-paid debit cards during checkout at this time.
International Buyers Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and other regional charges are not included in the shipping charge. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. For more information about this, please contact us
- A 15% restocking fee is applied for all qualified returned items unless we state otherwise.
- Return shipping/postage is the buyer's responsibility unless we state otherwise.
- Grillz/Accessories not returned in all original packaging will have an extra 10% fee on top of the 15% restocking fee
- Expedited or International shipping charges will not be refunded if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, only exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept used items for return/exchange (but contact us for a solution).
- Orders older than 60 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- When returning merchandise, please note the order ID sent in the confirmation email and included in the printed packing slip.
For Custom Grillz Orders:
- We will refund 100% of your grillz purchase (minus shipping) upon request if the grillz or mold have not been made and your order is less than 60 days old. No refunds will be given on completed grillz or if we have not received a good mold within 60 days of the transaction. You are responsible for a good mold, if you do not make a good mold the grillz will not fit properly.
- Please be aware that if you chose to cancel your order after sending us back your molds, there will be a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your total refund, not including shipping fees.
- All sales on custom fitted grillz are final. We make the grillz exactly to the molds you send to us and we cannot offer refunds or returns once the custom grill has been made.
- Upon receiving the completed custom grill, the customer has 7 days to notify us of any changes that are needed in terms of fitting or defects. We can make one free adjustment within this period. Additional remakes after the first will incur a $70 remaking fee (includes another mold kit sent to you and shipping both ways with insurance).
