Terms and Conditions for Custom Gold Grillz’s Email Giveaway Contest as of November 18th 2025.
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Custom Gold Grillz are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
How to Enter:
Participants may earn entries as follows:

Email Sign-Up: Submitting a valid email address through the website pop-up equals 1 entry.

Mobile Number Sign-Up (SMS): Submitting a valid mobile phone number equals 5 additional entries.
Limit one email entry and one mobile/SMS entry per person. Automated, fraudulent, or bot-generated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries submitted after December 6th at 11:59 PM PST will not be counted.
Duration:
The giveaway begins on November 18th and ends on December 6th at 11:59 PM PST. Only entries received during this period are eligible.

Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected. Additional details may be provided at the time of selection.
Odds of Winning:
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including weighted SMS entries.
Publicity Release:
By entering, winners agree to allow Custom Gold Grillz to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability:
Custom Gold Grillz is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; or any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use. By entering, participants release Custom Gold Grillz and its affiliates from all liability related to participation or prize acceptance.
Technical Issues:
Custom Gold Grillz is not responsible for technical malfunctions, website downtime, or internet issues that may prevent entry.
Data Usage:
By entering, participants agree that their email address and/or mobile phone number may be used in accordance with Custom Gold Grillz’s Privacy Policy. Participants may opt out at any time.
Social Media Disclaimer:
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
Governing Law:
These terms and the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of California. The arbitrator’s decision will be final.
Modification:
Custom Gold Grillz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or these terms at any time without notice.
By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by the Custom Gold Grillz.
