If you select the mold kit ($30), we ship you 2 sets of molding putty and dental trays, step-by-step instructions, and a prepaid return label to send your impressions back. If you already have usable molds, select "I'll send my own molds" and we'll email you a free prepaid shipping label instead.

How do the mold kits work?

• We send you molding kits with easy-to-follow instructions  to create an impression of your teeth. After completing your mold, simply send it back to us so we can custom-fit your grillz.

Can I still get grillz if I'm missing teeth?

• Yes. As long as the teeth on each side of the gap are healthy, we can build your grillz to span a missing tooth so they follow a natural tooth line. There's an additional $25 per missing tooth to design and shape it. We confirm the count and total after we review your molds and reach out before production starts.
  

How long does it take?

• Your grillz are made to fit you. They're estimated to ship 4-5 weeks after we receive your usable molds, or 5-6 weeks for iced styles and complex designs (opal, enamel or 3D work). Shipping time is extra.
  

How do payment plans work?

• We offer flexible payment plans at checkout, letting you split your total into smaller payments, including interest-free options, while we begin processing your order. If you don't get approved, we also offer a layaway option to help you secure your grillz. If you finance your purchase with Affirm, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized. Please note that due to extended delivery times, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your purchase.
  

Need help deciding which material to order? Here are a few quick facts:

• Sterling silver (.925) is 92.5% silver and the most affordable material we offer. It has a bright, white-metal luster and a clean, classic look. It's a little softer than gold and can dull slightly over time, but a quick polish brings the shine right back.
• 10k gold has 41.6% gold and is the least expensive gold option. It has less luster but it is the most durable and strongest against bending and scratching.
• 14k gold has 58.3% gold. It has medium hardness and durability, and a bright luster. 14k gold has the best balance of color, durability, and cost. 
• 18k gold has 75% gold and is the most expensive option that we offer. It has a very bright luster, offering a deeper, richer yellow color. Due to its higher gold content, it is the most tarnish-resistant, but it's also softer and more prone to bending.
